I am a Health and Safety professional based in West London, I’m preparing to launch a new business in March 2026 and am looking for a trusted and collaborative developer to help me bring a key part of my concept to life.
At this stage, I’m looking to create an MVP prior to a full build , so I need someone who can:
Help me map out and design the system logic and user flow.
Advise on the most suitable platform or stack (could be Airtable, Notion, custom code, or another solution).
Build the initial prototype, with scalability and simplicity in mind.
Work collaboratively -explaining the process and helping me learn as we go.
Ensure I retain full ownership of the IP and content, and that I can update and maintain the system independently in future.
I love technology but am totally a basic user, but I'm also keen to be as hands-on as possible, this will be a partnership-style project where I’m looking to learn alongside as much as possible , but totally respect and welcome your expertise for the build.
If you have experience in maybe low-code development, form logic systems, automation, or document generation, I’d love to hear from you. I’m also open to early-stage consultation or scoping support before development begins, to identify the most effective, secure and scalable approach.
What I’m Looking For
1.Someone approachable and collaborative who enjoys explaining and co-creating.
2. Experience in no-code/low-code platforms (Airtable, Glide, Softr, Bubble, Notion, etc.) or light custom development.
3. Understanding of data flow, logic mapping and document output (PDF/Word).
4. Ability to produce clean, secure, maintainable code or workflows.
5. Respect for confidentiality and IP ownership (NDA may be required).

To start with, I’d like to arrange a discovery session to discuss the concept, identify the best technical approach, and estimate scope and costs.
