Experience Level: Expert Funding-dependent: delivery starts only after funding is approved. Each milestone will be escrowed on PeoplePerHour before work begins. We need a lightweight web/PWA where people pin short memories to a map of Sofia (OpenStreetMap). Scope: public map + list + filters, story detail, submit form, admin/moderation (queue/approve/edit/return + audit log), data export (JSON/CSV) + S3 media, VPS deploy (Docker), basic monitoring, short docs/hand-over. Light AI helpers (emotion/tag suggestion, 1–2 sentence summary, inappropriate-language flag — human-overridable) Outcomes: mobile-first; first load ≤ 3s (4G); Lighthouse Perf ≥85 / A11y ≥90; GDPR flows (anonymity, delete/hide). Fixed-price target: €5,000 (website/PWA). Milestones (percent-based): 1. Discovery & UX wireframes – 15% 2. Backend + DB + API – 20% 3. Frontend (map/list/filters + submit) – 25% 4. Admin/moderation + audit log – 20% 5. PWA, performance & accessibility, QA, docs, deploy – 20% Tech is flexible (headless/WordPress/low-code welcome) as long as you meet the outcomes and ensure exportable data and VPS hosting. How to apply (keep it short): 1. Links to 2–3 projects with maps (Leaflet/MapLibre/OSM) and/or PWA + admin/moderation. 2. Fixed price for the MVP + timeline with milestones (staging links). 3. 3–5 sentences on your approach & stack (and why it’s the most economical). 4. Bug-fix window (≥30 days) and optional monthly support plan. 5. Location preference: Bulgaria / EU-based (others welcome if rates/timezone fit). IP & export: You deliver source code (Git), README, DB migrations, 2–3 demo stories, 1–2 page admin guide. We own the custom code; data must be exportable (JSON/CSV); media stored in S3-compatible storage.
