About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a creative entrepreneur running a busy coaching and events business. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a purpose-driven founder in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organise inbox (responding, prioritising, and flagging key emails)
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events
Maintain and update calendar with precision
Handle light admin tasks and document management
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and expenses (experience a plus)
Support general business operations and creative projects as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Virtual Assistant with strong organisational and communication skills
Tech-savvy (comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, and similar tools)
Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently
Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities
Bookkeeping or finance experience (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage
Available to start immediately
