I’m looking for a CRM type system for dealing with customer complaints for our company large or small. Could be an existing system or a new one. I need to save customer details, details of the complaint, the severity, who it’s allocated to and time and dates when it’s booked in to resolve them, follow up times to check if it’s complete then a box to close it. Needs a good notes section so the operator taking the complaint can input the complaint then any one dealing with it can also update it. It could be a ticket system but needs to be followed easy enough and found easy if a customer calls for a follow up or update
