We need a meticulous, reliable WordPress assistant to manually add 100 users to our site and seed initial forum content using a spreadsheet we provide.
The work is in clear phases so everything stays orderly. Accuracy matters more than speed. Please only apply if you have excellent attention to detail and experience with WordPress user management and posting.

WordPress (with membership levels)
Forums (bbPress/BuddyBoss style—posting a new topic per user)
You’ll be given: admin access, avatars, and a TSV/CSV with all user fields and forum questions.
Scope of Work Phase 1 — Create users & post their first question (foundation)
For each of the 100 users:
Create a new user account
Username: as per sheet
Email: as per sheet (format is firstname@honnao.com )
First name, Last name: as per sheet
Assign the correct membership level: Concession / Standard / Supporter (provided in sheet).
Upload avatar (we’ll supply a folder of avatars and the mapping).
Update profile fields
Country: set from sheet
Mentoring status fields: do not tick the “Mentorship” checkbox (leave unticked), even if the sheet says they are a mentor or mentee.
Post the user’s Question 1 to the forum
Topic title: use a sensible short title derived from the question (you can take the first clause).
Topic body: paste the full “Question 1 – Personal” from the sheet.
Post as that user (or attribute correctly if we’re using a moderator to post on their behalf).
Tracker update: record URL of the user profile and URL of the forum topic in a tracking sheet.
Deliverable at the end of Phase 1
100 live user accounts with avatar + country set, correct membership level assigned, mentorship checkbox not ticked.
100 live forum topics (Question 1), with a links tracker completed.
Post each user’s Question 2 (“Platform”) and Question 3 (“About Membership”) as new topics (or replies, depending on our forum structure—assume new topics unless instructed otherwise).
Post to Collaborations Hub for the subset that have one (only ~5–7 users), using their “Question 4 – Collaborations Hub.”
Answering – Who and What: Where the sheet includes an “Answering” entry, post that reply from the specified responder account to the target user’s Question 1 thread. Make sure the reply clearly states who is answering and to which question (as in the sheet).
Mentoring Hub: Create a single topic for each user based on their “Mentoring Hub Question.” Leave mentorship checkbox unticked in the profile regardless of their role.
Deliverable at the end of Phase 2
All remaining questions live (Q2, Q3, Collab posts where applicable).
Specified peer answers posted under the correct threads.
Mentoring Hub questions posted per user.
Tracking sheet updated with all post URLs.
Phase 3 — Light interaction round (optional / if approved)
Post a small number of additional peer answers (we will specify which) to ensure every personal question gets at least one helpful response.
Quick tidy-up pass: fix typos, ensure consistent titles, correct any mis-assigned membership levels or countries.
Deliverable at the end of Phase 3
Interaction coverage achieved as specified (e.g., each Q1 has ≥1 reply).
Final QA sheet signed off.
Acceptance Criteria (QA Checklist)
✅ 100/100 users created with correct First/Last name, email, membership level, country.
✅ Avatar uploaded for every user and displaying on their profile.
✅ Mentorship checkbox left unticked for all users.
✅ 100/100 Question 1 topics live, content exactly matches the sheet (no truncation).
✅ All additional topics (Q2/Q3/Collab/Mentoring) posted correctly in Phase 2.
✅ “Answering – Who and What” replies posted under the correct target threads and attributed correctly.
✅ Tracking sheet includes profile URL + post URLs for every action.
✅ Zero spelling edits to user-provided text; paste exactly as provided.
