We’re passionate about delivering high-quality experiences for our clients — from mentorship to marketing — and we’re now looking to create a visually engaging Company Handbook that reflects our brand identity and values.
2. Deliverables
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented designer to turn our company handbook content into a professional, easy-to-read, and visually appealing document. The handbook will be used both internally and with clients, so it needs to look polished, modern, and on-brand.
You’ll be working with our leadership and content team, who will provide the text and structure — your job will be to bring it to life through clean layout design, brand consistency, and thoughtful use of visuals.
- Design the full layout of the ProperFreedom Company Handbook (approx. 20–30 pages). - Create a professional, consistent visual style aligned with our brand. - Format and organise text, images, and icons for readability and flow. - Incorporate our company colours, fonts, and logo across the design. - Suggest design improvements or creative elements that enhance engagement. - Deliver final files in both editable and print-ready formats (PDF, Canva, or InDesign). - Experience working with property, education, or business coaching brands. - Understanding of brand storytelling through design.
