Licence Tracking and Partner Portal - easy to use and cost-effective to build.
Objective: Create a simple internal portal to track how many (my brand) reports each licensed partner uses. No payments, no automatic renewals — just clean, manual tracking and easy visibility.
System Overview
Each partner has:
A licence with a set number of reports (or unlimited)
A start and expiry date
A log of every report generated (with type, date, and link) - this will need to link up with Tally, which is where the partner can access a link to the reports
System needs to:
- Log reports automatically when created
- Update the total used count
- Show remaining credits
- Give a quick overview of usage per partner
No payment handling and no automatic blocking when limits are reached - currently, this may change as the product gets more traction.
