Expected duration: Not sure I am seeking a skilled architect with expertise in designing modern neo-classical new build houses. The project entails creating a unique, elegant residence that harmoniously blends contemporary aesthetics with classical architectural elements. The ideal candidate should possess a portfolio demonstrating innovative designs and a strong understanding of spatial dynamics and materials.
We require a set of draft floor plans and elevations as well as a few CGI images or 3D sketches / model to give an overview of the finished property.
The house should be a 2 story detached house with the following:
Ground Floor: Study / office. Kitchen / Dining. Utility Laundry Games Room / Snooker. WC X 2. Snug / Playroom. Living Room. Conservatory.
1st Floor: 3 en-suite bedrooms with walk in wardrobe. Hot press. Master Bedroom - large walk in wardrobe with en-suite. Bathroom / WC with a bath.
Garage - connected to the house. Gym / Steam / Sauna. Guest bedroom - en-suite.
Small Basement - (this could possibly be in the ground floor). Plant / Storage.
External: Courtyard. Evening patio - to the rear. Rain safe car-port / overhang.
We are looking for an impressive property of at least 4,500 SqFt +.
We will need to get the design right and then have a set of DWG format drawings.
I have attached a copy of the site plan (with the site outlined in red); which is circa 0.25 Acres. The site plan document attached is only for the purposes of showing the site and the house proposed on this document is to be ignored ( as it is the design of the previous owner of this site).
I have also attached 2no. CGI images showing the house style I would like.
