We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create a comprehensive Google Sheets dashboard that effectively monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for our medical staff. The dashboard should provide clear insights into performance metrics, allowing for easy tracking and analysis. Experience with Google Sheets functionalities such as charts, formulas, and data visualization is essential.
We are a newer practice, and need to start tracking productivity and such.
I need something that tracks each of my providers every day. I want to track new bookings they received for the day Cancellations that occurred same day of bookings Cancellations that occurred over 24 > from booking How many patients the providers saw
I will then need to it to add and subtract the total amount with the given averages for the day. I would like a weekly and monthly view of these, and percent of the outcomes. Patients booking vs actually seen.
Also Here’s an overview of what I’m looking for:
A daily tracker for each provider showing: • New bookings received that day • Same-day cancellations • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance • Number of patients actually seen
The tracker should automatically calculate totals and show daily averages.
I’d like to see both weekly and monthly summaries, including percentages of patients booked vs. patients seen. I have a total of 8 providers, would like it easily viewable.
Since my EMR software doesn’t integrate, the system needs to be simple enough for my office staff to enter data manually.
Ideally, it should visually flag (e.g., turn red) when a provider’s numbers go negative. I would like it to turn red if they have gone negative as well.
Separate entry tabs per provider would be ideal
And I want to get a monthly break down by provider as well for a quick glance, as well as distinguish between follow up appointments, and new intake appointments.
I am really trying to see how much its costing in overall marketing, how much a provider is bringing on a day to day, week, monthly and yearly. How much revenue to I make after each day after I payout the provider
And I want to hide certain data from certain people filling it out.
