Our business email is currently landing in spam/junk folders. I need a deliverability expert who can fix this issue quickly and make sure emails consistently land in inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
This is a one-time quick fix project — not an ongoing job. I just need someone experienced who can identify and resolve the issue efficiently.
Tasks include: Review and correct SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records. Check DNS configuration (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.). Test email deliverability and reputation (Mail-tester, MXToolbox, Google Postmaster). Fix any blacklisting or domain reputation issues. Suggest improvements for email content/signature that may trigger spam filters. Verify the fix with proof (before/after test results).
Requirements: Proven experience in email deliverability and domain authentication. Familiar with Google Workspace. Must provide clear test reports showing improvement. Available to start immediately — quick turnaround expected.
Deliverables: Fully authenticated domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC properly configured). Verified inbox delivery across major email providers. Final report with test results and recommendations.
