We’re on the lookout for someone who really gets PPC, not just in theory but in the way local homeowners actually behave when they’re searching for things like resin driveways, patios, windows and so on. Someone who understands that Hampshire clicks differently to Surrey, and that the South of England has its own quirks when it comes to seasonality, cost per lead and… well, everything.
We run several home-improvement brands across the South, including resin bound surfacing, artificial grass, patios and aluminium windows and doors. Our PPC campaigns need a sharper, more local-minded approach, and that’s where you (hopefully) come in.
What we need
UK-based only Strong understanding of Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset, Berkshire and surrounding areas Proven experience running PPC for home-improvement companies Bonus points (big ones) if you’ve worked with resin bound installers before Ability to optimise spend properly (winter can be brutal for lead gen, so we need someone who knows how to make every click count) Keyword research that focuses on real local behaviour and high-intent search terms Ongoing optimisation, reporting and suggestions rather than a set-and-forget approach Someone who can look at our landing pages and tell us straight what needs to change to convert better Ability to manage multiple county-based campaigns and adapt strategy to each area
What the job looks like
Audit of current campaigns (Google Search mainly) Rebuilding or restructuring where needed Creating new campaigns, ad groups and ads Monitoring performance and adjusting bids, keywords, negatives, etc. Monthly reporting with recommendations Helping us reduce wasted spend and improve lead quality Working with our in-house team on landing pages and tracking
A bit about us We operate across the South of England and specialise in resin bound driveways, patios, artificial grass, porcelain slabs and high-end aluminium windows and doors. We know our market really well, but we need someone who can translate that into PPC campaigns that actually perform.
