I’m looking to hire a developer (or small team) to build a custom online coaching platform for Project HEAL.
We’re designing a structured 4-week, 8-week, and 12-week personal-optimization program that supports 15–30 students with 1–2 facilitators, meeting once per week for one hour.
The platform must be visually captivating, user-friendly, and feel premium when clients purchase the program. It needs to support:
Challenging growth modules
Vulnerability and group sharing components
Weekly tasks and habit-change challenges
Tracking of habits, wins, and reflections
Facilitator dashboards
Smooth onboarding + payment integration
The core idea: help individuals identify a negative habit, rewire it, and replace it with an optimized, positive behavior through structured weekly work.
