What we need ● Build and manage Google Ads campaigns for Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire etc ● Split by intent (education, comparison, quote-ready) and by surface type (driveways, patios, paths, pool areas) ● Align all ads tightly with our landing pages and help us improve conversion quality ● Focus on high-quality leads, not cheap clicks ● Use PREsell-driven messaging: educational, trust-first, clear benefits, resin as multi-surface ● Understand homeowner psychology: reviews matter, visuals matter, clarity matters ● Create a clear 30-day setup and 90-day optimisation roadmap ● Run weekly tests (headlines, images, angles, CTAs)
Landing page collaboration You won’t build pages, but you must guide them. That means: ● Ensuring message-to-page relevance ● Flagging friction points and missing trust elements ● Tracking behaviour (scroll depth, clicks, form engagement) ● Helping improve conversion rate, Quality Score and CPL
Tracking & Automation Must work with: ● Google Tag Manager ● GA4 events ● Make.com automations ● Airtable lead database ● Full tracking for buttons, scroll, calls, InstaBrochure requests, county attribution
Reporting Weekly: keyword performance, negatives added, CPC/CTR/Quality Score shifts, county breakdowns. Monthly: insights, CPA trends, what you tested, what’s next.
