Handle client communication professionally via email, calls, or virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide regular progress updates and handle feedback.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience in client handling and project management.
Knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks.
Based in the USA (mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
Problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc.).
