We're looking for a Meta Ads specialist who can help us hit the ground running with an impulse buy campaign.
We’re a UK-based DTC brand in the Beauty & Personal Care space, selling premium shower accessories (4 products, 2 colour-ways each – 8 SKUs in total). Our price point sits between £14–£22, and we’re positioned as a higher-quality, longer-lasting alternative to the usual shower puffs/loofahs.
We already have:
- A Shopify website set up and converting organically and a bit through Google Ads - A strong site offer: free product worth £14 when you subscribe to our newsletter and spend £20+, plus free UK delivery - Created dedicated Meta landing pages for this campaign where customers get a free product (worth at least £14) when buying any of our products, plus free UK delivery - A large bank of images and videos ready to be turned into ads
Now we need an experienced Meta Paid Marketing Specialist to create and run a campaign that can start bringing in some decent revenue for us. We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven success in the Beauty & Personal Care sector (please only apply if you can show this) - Can get a campaign live within a few of days and is completely fluent with Meta Ads Manager (all the settings, structures, and options) - Is performance and conversion focused – not a “brand first, results later” approach as we're looking for quick wins currently. We'll then move onto the longer stuff later. - Is comfortable working with DTC / impulse-buy products at a relatively low AOV, and understands how to make this profitable and scalable quickly.
Scope of Work:
- Strategy & Setup - Quickly review our brand, offer and landing pages - Propose a simple, conversion-focused campaign structure (we are not looking for an over-complicated funnel) - Build the creatives in conjunction with our landing pages, using our videos and images. - Set up campaigns, ad sets and ads in Meta Ads Manager (likely Conversion / Sales campaigns, but we’re open to your proven structure)
Creative Build
- Use our existing images and videos to build high-performing ad creatives (static, carousels and video where appropriate) - Align creatives with our dedicated landing pages and offers - Help shape hooks, angles and ad copy that speak to impulse buyers in the beauty/personal care space
Launch, Optimisation & Scaling:
- Launch the campaigns within a couple of days of starting - Monitor performance closely in the first days/weeks - Make regular optimisations to audiences, bids, budgets, placements and creatives - Work with us to hit profitable CAC / ROAS as quickly as possible and then scale once we see what works
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Communicate clearly what you’re doing and why - Provide simple, regular updates - Advise us on what we need to do on our side (landing page builds and tweaks, offer tweaks, additional content for creatives, etc.)
Very Important (Non-Negotiables):
→ We want a simple, direct-response set up to catch impulse buyers and drive quick conversions. → We need this to be profitable and scalable in a very short space of time. → We need someone who can start now and have campaigns live within a few days.
Requirements:
- Proven results in Beauty & Personal Care (please share examples) - Strong track record with e-commerce and DTC brands - Deep understanding of Meta campaign structures, optimisation, events, and tracking - Experience running conversion-focused, impulse-buy campaigns - Ability to create strong ad creatives using our existing image/video assets - Solid grasp of metrics: CPA, ROAS, AOV, etc., and how to improve them
