Expected duration: Not sure I am running paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram but, as a beginner with Meta Ads, my current cost-per-acquisition is too high. I am looking for an experienced Meta Ads freelancer who can provide practical, hands-on coaching through live screen-share sessions (Zoom or Google Meet).
This is not a theory-only role. I want guided, real-time walkthroughs inside Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, paced for someone still learning the platform, with a strong focus on execution and daily optimisation.
What I’m looking for:
* Live, interactive coaching with screen sharing * Step-by-step guidance adapted to a beginner level * Clear explanations of why decisions are made, with strong emphasis on how to execute them * A structured approach to lowering CPA over time
Topics to cover:
* Proper setup of Meta Pixel and conversion events * Campaign and ad set structure for testing and scaling * Creative strategy and ad creation directly in Ads Manager * Audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalikes * Budget pacing and learning-phase management * Daily optimisation loops: when to pause, duplicate, iterate, or scale * Reading dashboards and metrics to make confident decisions
By the end of the coaching, I want to be fully comfortable:
* Launching and testing multiple creatives and ad sets * Diagnosing performance issues * Making data-driven optimisation decisions independently
Deliverables:
* Live coaching sessions via Zoom or Google Meet * A short action plan after each call * Optional homework or exercises between sessions
