This platform will be used internally to manage customers, services, and operational processes. Requirements The system must include: Core Features • User login & role-based access (Admin, Staff, Manager) • Customer management • Goods & services catalog • Order / service request tracking • Status workflow (Pending, In Progress, Completed) • Basic dashboards & reporting Cloud Database • Cloud-hosted database (Firebase, Supabase, AWS RDS, GCP, etc.) • Secure data handling & validation • Scalable schema design Tech Stack (Flexible) • Frontend: React / Vue / modern HTML & CSS • Backend: Node.js or Python • Cloud hosting & deployment • REST APIs • Clean, documented code Deliverables • Fully working deployed web platform • Source code • Database schema • Basic documentation Timeline & Budget • Timeline: 4–8 weeks • Budget: Open to proposals (MVP first, then scale) Please include links to previous similar projects.
