Core Features 1. Hex colour input + colour wheel 2. Preview colour on leather textures 3. Save swatches locally (Hive or similar) 4. Swatch library (view / rename / delete) 5. Export & share PNG including: • Colour preview • Hex / RGB / HSL • name • Date

Camera / photo colour matching • Take a photo or choose from gallery • Tap an area to sample colour • Average pixels for stability • Convert to hex / RGB / HSL • Save sampled colour as a swatch 7. Pigment mixing calculator • Batch size presets: 30 / 50 / 100 / 250 / 500 / 1000 ml + custom • Add pigments by % or parts • Auto-calculate ml per pigment • Save formulas
Deliverables • Full Flutter source code • Git repository transferred to client • Android build (APK/AAB) • iOS project/build • Basic setup documentation • 30-day bug-fix support after delivery
