As we continue to grow and inspire more people to live their best life, we're looking for a dedicated Lead Nurturer to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in guiding potential clients from initial interest to active participation in our coaching programs.
Role Overview:
As a Lead Nurturer, you'll be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a crucial role in their fitness journey. Your primary goal is to engage with leads, ensuring they book and attend consultations, thereby beginning their transformative journey with us. This part-time, remote role requires flexibility, allowing you to work mornings and evenings to best reach our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads predominantly via CRM, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, email to nurture their interest in our services. Utilise our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and progress with leads.
Exhibit excellent telephone manner to effectively communicate with potential clients, encouraging them to book and attend consultations.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate the value of our fitness programs. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation processes. Provide feedback on client interactions and suggest improvements to enhance the lead nurturing process.
Requirements:
Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram, with the ability to engage positively with potential clients. Outstanding telephone manner and communication skills. Access to a smartphone and laptop, with a reliable internet connection, as this is a remote role. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organisation. Flexibility to work in the mornings and evenings, as required. Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role focused on client interaction and engagement is preferred but not a mandatory requirement, as full training will be given
