The spreadsheet should: • Ready-to-use template where I can input my own emission factors and data • Include all relevant emissions categories and calculation fields (Scope 1, 2, and 3) • Have automatic calculations for totals, category summaries, and overall emissions • Include conditional formatting or basic checks to ensure inputs are consistent • Be well-organised and easy to update for future reporting • Optional: basic dashboard or charts that update automatically when data is entered
I will provide a Word document with additional structural requirements and layout ideas, but the freelancer does not need to input actual data or emission factors.
