Expected duration: More than 6 months We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support email marketing, lead generation, and job outreach activities. This role focuses on executing structured, repeatable tasks that support developer job applications and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities Send and manage email marketing and outreach campaigns using provided templates Perform lead generation (finding relevant companies, contacts, and job opportunities) Bid on job sites (PeoplePerHour, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.) following clear guidelines Update and tailor resumes and cover letters for different roles Track leads, sent emails, bids, replies, and interview progress Maintain simple daily and weekly activity reports
Requirements Experience with email marketing, outreach, or lead generation Familiarity with job platforms and bidding processes Good written English and strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and repeat processes accurately Organized, consistent, and reliable
Compensation $200 per month (part-time, ongoing) Performance-based bonuses for: Scheduling interviews Successful job placements Fully remote with flexible working hours
