We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to redesign the structure and user experience of our website, althris.com.
Important: this role is not for building or developing the website. We want someone to design the visual look, page layouts, and user interaction flows so visitors can easily find the right training product and take the right next step (enquire / book / contact).
We serve two main audiences: businesses and public sector organisations looking for in-company training individuals booking public courses
Scope of work Review our current site and identify UX issues (navigation, course discovery, calls-to-action, journey clarity) Propose a new information architecture (menus, categories, course finder approach) Design user journeys for: corporate buyer: explore topics → build confidence → enquire/request callback individual learner: find course → view dates → book or request info
Produce wireframes for key pages Produce high-fidelity designs (desktop + mobile) for key pages, including: homepage training courses catalogue / course finder course category page (e.g., project management / agile / change) individual course page template public schedule page in-company training page contact / enquiry page
