I need one or two developers who can use AI coding to support the development of a new platform which will engage with UK employers to support new apprentices (staff who join a training programme whilst still in employment) and provide a range of compliance tools to aid the onboarding process including a skills scan, an additional learning needs assessment, and provide a docusign feature to agree training plans between the training provider, the learner and the employer. I would also like an AI agent which facilitates the process seamlessly whilst answering key apprenticeship questions (eg what is the right programme for this member of staff or what is the programme length).
Key areas include: - Platform to enable easy digital marketing to target market (any employers interested in apprenticeships for their staff). - Doc builder (from templates) to create bespoke agreements (facilitated by AI agent) which are then sent for digital signatures from relevant parties. - a digital/gamified assessment for learning needs and one for skills assessment (the assessments for each will be provided, we just need this to be built into the platform so every learner completes as part of their onboarding. - AI sales/support agent which employer and learner can engage with to find information out about apprenticeships along with information around their onboarding and application. the AI agent should be able to send automated messages to employers to see if they need support or for new sales ('Let me know if you need any support for new apprenticeships this month' etc). This would then auto send onboarding links to any new staff the employer puts forward. - Creates stages and timeline of each section of onboarding process to show progress.
Obviously this is just a high level overview - there's a lot more detail which I'll provide but at this stage just looking to speak with right people to agree project parameters. Looking for experts in building platforms using AI programming who can fine tune front and back-end and keep developing. Happy to work with specialist on growth hacking/digital marketing side and someone separate for the platform build itself.
