Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for various IT and networking positions within the organization
- Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT and networking recruitment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on IT and networking roles
- Strong knowledge of IT and networking technologies and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to source and attract top talent using various recruiting methods
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
