We are using the Estatik WordPress plugin with MLS Grid (Broker Only export) to import property listings into our website.
We have created a custom plugin that controls property post status based on MLS status. The intended logic is:
-If MLS status is: Active, Active-Parade, Pending, or Contingent → set WordPress post to Draft -If MLS status is anything else → move post to Trash
The goal is to manually review and edit listings before publishing them.
However, we are currently facing the following issues:
-Draft properties sometimes return a 404 when previewing -Manually publishing a property may be getting overridden during sync -Need to ensure the custom status guard runs ONLY during MLS import (not during manual edits)
