Your role will be to:
• Call new enquiries promptly during UK working hours • Follow a structured script provided • Have a professional, friendly conversation to understand their needs • Recommend the appropriate package • Send a templated proposal • Follow up where needed • Confirm sign up before handing over

Most packages are lower monthly retainers (starting from £99pm), so calls should be efficient and commercially focused. You should:
• Be a native English speaker • Ideally be UK based • Be confident and natural on the phone • Be comfortable discussing pricing • Be organised and reliable
