Project Overview: Primary focus: Websites in a niche that involves elements of chance and entertainment, which do not fall under gambling commission regulations or require licenses, but may still be viewed as conflicting with certain personal, cultural, or religious beliefs (e.g., similar to gambling in some perspectives). You must be 100% comfortable with this niche and confirm it aligns with your ethics and local laws. No exceptions.
Additional projects: Non-niche websites (e-commerce, affiliate, general web apps) built on the same fast-replicable framework. Workflow: Build one perfect demo site to exact specifications using your chosen stack → replicate & brand quickly for new clients → repeat. High volume, low-effort per replication after initial setup.
This is constant work for the right person — potentially full-time equivalent hours if you deliver fast and high-quality. The hard work (full stack development) is front-loaded on the initial build, with replications being straightforward and efficient.
Required Skills & Experience (must-have – no beginners): Expert-level proficiency across modern full-stack technologies, including but not limited to React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and related tools (databases like MongoDB/PostgreSQL, APIs, payment integrations, etc.). No limitations on stack – propose what works best for scalability and speed.
Proven experience building interactive, performance-critical sites with chance-based or dynamic elements (bonus if you can share anonymized examples). Strong UI/UX implementation, responsive design, speed optimization, security best practices (handling user data securely). Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while also thinking proactively and suggesting smart improvements ("outside the box" when it adds real value). Native or near-native English fluency — crystal-clear written and spoken communication (I will not spend time correcting grammar or explaining repeatedly). Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality — I value efficiency and attention to detail.
Must-Haves (non-negotiable):Willingness to sign a strict NDA (and be based in a jurisdiction where it's enforceable — e.g., EU, UK, US, Australia, etc.). Professional attitude: No slacking, no cutting corners, no "messing around." My previous developer lost the account for exactly that reason.
