We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Support Specialist to assist our US-based customers with technical and account-related inquiries. This is a fully remote contract role requiring availability during US business hours. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience supporting web or SaaS-based platforms. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and video calls, troubleshoot common technical issues, guide users through onboarding processes, and document support tickets clearly and accurately. You will also collaborate with our development team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates should have prior experience in remote customer or technical support, familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (such as Zendesk or HubSpot), and comfort using remote collaboration platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. A stable internet connection, professional work environment, and ability to work within US time zones are required.
