Zoho Canvas + Deluge Developer Needed for CRM Discovery Portal We are building a high-efficiency Zoho Canvas interface inside the Zoho CRM Contacts module called the Express Quote Discovery Portal. This interface is used live by sales agents during customer phone calls, so speed, clarity, and data integrity are critical. Agents will gather structured project data while simultaneously building the quote in Paradigm Vendo on a second monitor. This is not a cosmetic CRM layout project. It is a production intake interface used during real-time sales calls. The developer must be comfortable working with Zoho Canvas UI components and Deluge-integrated workflows. System Architecture Monitor 1 — Zoho CRM The Discovery Portal manages: • Property intelligence • Structured intake fields • Product specification capture • Discovery notes • WorkDrive photo assets • Conditional UI logic Monitor 2 — Paradigm Vendo Vendo handles: • product configuration • quote generation • financing options • contract creation • e-signature The Zoho interface prepares structured data for the quoting workflow. The developer does not need to modify Vendo. Canvas Layout The interface will use a 3-column Canvas layout optimized for live call intake. Column 1 — Property Intelligence Fields: • Street • City • State • Zip Code (5-digit validation) Features: • VERIFY ADDRESS button (triggers existing Deluge function) • Google Street View iframe update • research buttons: Zillow / Realtor / County Tax Column 2 — Live Intake • Phone auto-format (XXX) XXX-XXXX • Numeric steppers: Window Count / Door Count Window Style Grid (2×3): Single Hung Double Hung Slider Casement Picture Awning Additional fields: • Interior color swatches (5) • Exterior color swatches (8) • Glass options checkboxes • Discovery Notes (multi-line) Column 3 — Assets & Workflow WorkDrive photo drop-zones (2×2 grid): • Front Elevation • West Elevation • Front Sill Rot • Rear Slider Status indicators: • ENRICH DATA ACTIVE • WORKDRIVE SYNC ACTIVE Primary workflow button: SEND TO VENDO Button must remain disabled until: • Address entered • Window Count populated • At least one Window Style selected Additional Requirement A 24-hour guarantee timer must sync with the Lead_Created_Time field. Existing Backend The following logic already exists: • Deluge address mapping scripts • Mailing Address → Job Address logic • Vendo sync functions The developer will build the Canvas UI around these existing scripts. Deliverables • Fully functional Zoho Canvas Discovery Portal • Integration with existing Deluge scripts • Functional WorkDrive photo slots • Conditional SEND TO VENDO logic Required Skills Applicants must demonstrate experience with: • Zoho CRM Canvas • Zoho Deluge • Zoho WorkDrive integration • conditional UI logic Experience building live intake or call-center interfaces is a strong advantage.
