We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads buyer to manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for a portfolio of clients. This is an ongoing freelance role with the potential for a long-term working relationship for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing Building, launching and managing Meta ad campaigns from scratch (awareness through to conversion) Setting up campaign structures across awareness, consideration and conversion objectives Writing ad copy and briefing creative (or working with supplied assets) Installing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel / Conversion API setups Building and managing custom audiences, lookalikes and retargeting lists Running A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences and offers Recording a weekly Loom update per account summarising performance, changes made and next steps Joining a bi-weekly call with the client to present results and discuss strategy Producing clear performance reports with actionable insights Communicating results and recommendations in plain English (no jargon)
What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years running Meta ads independently (not just supporting) Proven track record with lead generation and/or ecommerce campaigns Comfortable managing budgets from £500–£10k+/month Strong understanding of iOS 14+ tracking changes and workarounds Confident on camera — weekly Loom updates are a core part of this role Reliable, responsive and able to hit agreed deadlines without chasing Available for bi-weekly client calls (UK timezone preferred)
Nice to Have Experience in service-based businesses (coaching, clinics, professional services) Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) Experience reporting into an agency environment
Compensation £300 per ad account per month Ongoing retainer basis — accounts are added as the client roster grows Strong performers will be first in line for additional accounts
